Automatic Square Candy Producing line FQK-4000
Function Description:
This machine is applied for whole set of producing line for the food shape of square and rectangular( milk candy, peanut candy, nougat, softcmilk candy, ).
Main features:
1. It can finish the automatic process of transmisiion, forming and cooling in a continuous producing
2. There are three servo-motor system control the size of food, six frequency converter control PLC.
The whole set of process:
1. Crushing machine with ice slice 2. Ice water cooling transmission cabinet 3. Embossing machine
4. The rope sizer5. Grain cutting machine
This part can directly connected with mixing machine. We fill the ice slice on the course of crushing, so we have no need to stop to cool the candy. |
